2019-2020 Coaching – Expressions of Interest
Expressions of interest are now being called for coaching roles within the club. Coaching positions are offered on a two-year term for senior coaching positions and one (1) year for junior positions.
Director of Coaching – Overall management of coaches within the club including competencies and training in conjunction with the Director of Rugby to ensure consistent coaching and management styles are implemented across the club.
Head Coach(s) – Responsible for all senior rugby also working in partnership with the Women’s Coach. A key requirement will be recruitment, retention and development strategies across the club.
Head coaches should have a minimum of Level 1 accreditation and be working towards Level 2 accreditation. The club recognises that coach development is imperative and assists in covering reasonable costs associated with this (at the discretion of the Director of Coaching and Committee).
A key requirement will be recruitment, retention and development strategies across the club. Honorariums may be available for outstanding candidates.
In addition, the club is looking for expressions interest in the following grades.
Assistant Coaches – A Grade, B Grade and Women’s.
Team Manager positions are available across all grades.
